Two 29.9 gallon fuel tanks are located
in
the wings just
outboard of the wing root. A visual measuring
tab
located
below the tank filier neck facilitates a fuel load of 15
gallans when the fuel reaches the bottom of the
tab,
or 20
gallans when the fuel reaches the top of the slot. This
partial filling of the fuel tanks allows an
increase
in the
payload
.
The fuel indicators on the instrument panel will
indicate fuli tanks even though each
tank
contains only 20
gallans of fuel.
