knots ( 115 mph) mus t be used.
5. The aeroplane may be flown at night or in instrument
meteorological condit1ons

when permltted by the
air navigation legislation and when the equipment
required by that legislation is carried .

maximum number ot occupants. including the
pilot , is the

seats fitted. When aerobalic manoeuvres are to be
pertormed , the rear seats shall not be occupied . Pro-
vided that aerobalic manoeuvres are not to be perform-

7. The aeroplane may be operated on short dry grass
surfaces. When so operating , !he take-off and Ianding
