Insert the pre-load pipe (12) complete
with special tool (13), making sure that
it is aligned correctly. The narrower
part must be inserted into the spring.

After positioning the support rod (14) of
the plunger, with the help of a second
worker, raise the plunger to allow the
plate (15) to be inserted under the cap
stop nut.

Position the upper plate (16) as shown.

Before positioning the cap, adjust the
hydraulic regulator screw so that the
internal distance is as close as possi-
ble to 13 mm (0.51 in).
