Splitting the crankcase halves
To proceed with the opening of the crankcase, it is
necessary to remove the head complete with tim-
ing system, clutch, rotor, filter and oil pan. At this
point, proceed as described:
•
Remove the cap (1) complete with
washer (2), to allow to unscrew the fas-
tening screw of the crankcase located
inside.
•
Remove the seven external M6 screws
(3).
