Position the specific tool as indicated
on the exhaust valve.
Specific tooling
AP8140179 Valve fitting/removal support
020853Y Compresses intake valve springs
•
Compress the spring and using a mag-
net position the two half-cotters (14)
holding the cup.
•
Release the spring and remove the
tool.
•
Using a punch with a rubber mallet,
check that the valve is not blocked.
