35) 35) LUBRICATION LUBRICATION
(1) Supply grease through the grease nipple, using
grease gun.
(2) After lubricating, clean off spilled grease.

36) 36) FORKS REPLACEMENT FORKS REPLACEMENT
①
Lower the fork carriage until the forks are
approximately 25 mm (1 in) from the floor.

Take out the spring pin and remove the pin weld
assy.
③
Remove only one fork at a time.
※
On larger forks it may be necessary to use a block
of wood.
④
Reverse the above procedure to install load forks.
