Private wide-area-networks (WAN)

A private wide-area-network (WAN) is defined by Matrox as a connection between the user and host
system operating on a virtual private network (VPN) network, and not over a public network.
You can operate Extio 3 IP KVM extenders over a private WAN using Extio 3 firmware version 3.01.50
