Code of event. Selects the hexadecimal code of an event (warning,
fault or pure event) whose status is shown as bit 7 of 04.40 Event word
1. The event codes are listed in chapter Fault tracing.
Default: 0000 0000h
Range: 0000 0000h - FFFF FFFFh
Code of warning, fault or pure event. Specifies an auxiliary code for
the event selected by the previous parameter. The selected event is
indicated by the event word only if its auxiliary code matches the value
of this parameter.
With a value of 0000 0000h, the event word will indicate the event
regardless of the auxiliary code.
Default: 0000h
Range: 0000h - FFFFh
