Icon Description
Touch the Peak Width Detection Options icons to
toggle through the detection modes. The top icon
indicates that peak width detection is OFF. The
middle Union icon indicates that peak width
detection is enabled. If the slope of the input sig-
nal indicates a peak, the peak state will be true
regardless of any other detection mode (a logical
OR). The bottom Intersection icon indicates that
peak width detection is enabled. If the slope of
the input signal indicates a peak, the peak state
is true only when other enabled detection condi-
tions are met (a logical AND).
Touch the Time Windows icon to collect fluids
within a time window. A border around this icon
indicates that at least one time window is pro-
grammed and enabled.
Touch the Time Window Options icons to toggle
modes. The left icon indicates that the Time Win-
dows mode is OFF. The right Intersection icon
indicates that a time window is enabled. If a
threshold or peak width detection condition is
true, and the time window condition is true, the
peak state is also true (a logical AND).
Each touch of the Time Windows Start/Stop icon

advances through the available windows.

To advance to the next Time Window, the current
window's settings must have different start and
end values. (Matching values indicates that the
previous window is the final time window.)

Start and end times are relative to the time you
press the Run button to start operation.

The Computer icon indicates that a remote
device is connected to the fraction collector.
When under remote control, all run-time controls
may also be accessed from the touch screen dis-
play. however, programming and configuration
settings cannot be modified.
Touch this icon to terminate the remote connec-
tion and operate the fraction collector from the
touch screen display. This will return you to the
main menu from which you can also access the
configuration and programming menus.
The Lock icon indicates that a remote device has
exclusive control of the fraction collector. You
must operate the fraction collector from the host
device.
