– Push cable duct upwards with a screwdriver and lay connec‐
tors to one side.
– Separate electrical connections -1-, remove intake manifold
hose -2- and pull off connecting hose -3- for crankcase breath‐
er from cylinder head cover.
– Disconnect lines -arrows- from upper part of intake manifold.
– Unscrew securing bolt for rear intake manifold support -1-.
– Unscrew securing bolts for front of intake manifold support
-2-.
– Unscrew securing bolts from the intake manifold upper and
lower parts.
– Remove upper part of intake manifold and place on suitable
surface.
Note
Block off intake ports in lower part of cylinder head with a clean
cloth.
