Required materials

Introduction
This section describes the materials required for the installation and operation of the
ÄKTA go instrument.
Solutions
The solutions listed in the following table are required during the installation procedure
and should be provided at the installation site.
Buffer/solution
Distilled water
1.0% acetone and 1.0 M
NaCl in distilled water
20% ethanol in distilled
water
