(e.g. a string).

Push the respective handle (Fig. 2,1) of both halves of the Roman
shade (Fig. 2,2) outwards, underneath the cover on the A column.
Fix the handles respectively by plugging them onto the cover (Fig. 2,3).
Thus, the windscreen shade is secured against closing involuntarily dur-
ing the journey.
Push the handle (Fig. 3,1) of the Roman shade into the cap (Fig. 3,2).
Thus, the Roman shade is secured against closing involuntarily.

Curtain shade for driver's cabin

 Before setting off, make sure that the curtain shade is open and has
been secured.

Push both halves of the curtain shade to the side.
Secure both halves of the curtain shade with the loop (Fig. 4,1) and
snap fastener (Fig. 4,2).
