A/V - Channel UP
iPod/iPhone - NEXT track (option)
Adjust Time, Level, Weight, or Workout down
A/V - Channel DOWN
iPod/iPhone - PREVIOUS track (option)
If pause feature is enabled, press Pause once to enter
pause mode.
Press STOP once to end the workout session and start
the Workout Review. Press STOP again to exit to Dormant
Mode.
