Sequencer Memory Address (Read/Write)
This register contains the current address into the sequencer memory. It is used when reading and writing
to that memory and it should be set to the first location of a sequence prior to starting that sequence. All
16 bits are significant. If bit 4 of the Status/Control Register # 1 is set (1), the sequencer memory address
value will increment by 1 whenever the Sequencer Memory Data register is written to. If bit 5 of the
Status/Control Register # 1 is set (1), the sequencer memory address value will increment by 1 whenever
the Sequencer Memory Data register is read from.
