1. Toggles between two modes of control: Local and
Remote. See Control Modes on page 40.
2. Select to enter or exit the editing mode for the
screen.
3. Displays the current pump pressure.
4. Shows the pump currently selected as green.
5. Shows the status of the Platen valve used during
pump depressurization. Green is on, gray is off.
6. Low material level and empty material level
indicators. Shows as red when low or empty. See
Low Level and Empty Level Indicators on page
41.
7. Displays the current dispense valve pressure.
8. Used to run beads manually. This is only available
when the system is in Local mode. See Manual
Pump Operation on page 40.
9. Select to enter or exit drum depressurization mode.
See Depressurization Mode on page 40.
10. Select to enter or exit dispense valve
depressurization mode. See Depressurization
Mode on page 40.

12. Shows the status of the dispense valve. Green is on,

13. Displays the current flow rate.
14. Displays the Actual amount of material.
15. Shows the Style identification number that is
currently in use. See Style Screen 1 - Style
Definition on page 24.
16. Displays the name of the style that you have
assigned. See Style Screen 1 - Style Definition on
page 24.
17. Toggles between Pump 1 and Pump 2. See item 4.
18. Displays the size of the pump.
19. Displays the current mode of control (Local or
Remote). See item 1.
NOTE: The pump and material line show animated
operation and material flow when dispensing.
