Description
GCA CAN port. Connection to ADM, CGM, or another MCM
GCA2 CAN port. Connection to ADM, CGM, or another MCMC
24V power for Level sensor(s)
Empty Level Sensor Input: When the sensor detects an empty
drum, the input pin will be OFF.
Ground / Return
Platen Valve: When the digital output is ON, the platen valve is
opened. Else when the digital output is OFF, the platen valve is
closed.
Low Level Sensor Input: When the sensor detects a low drum,
the input pin will be OFF.
Dispense Complete: When the digital input is ON, a job is
recorded in the job log. This is a strobed input, and will be brought
low. When the digital input is OFF, a job log will not be recorded.
Style Enable: When the digital input is ON, the pump will start a
job and begin pre-charge if active. When the digital input is OFF,
the pump will not be running a job.
Ground / Return
Power (can be used to as logic voltage for digital inputs via relay)
System Enable/Remote Start Request: While system in not
active (amber LED), when the digital input is strobed, the system
will become active.
Go Signal: When the digital input is ON, the pump will dispense
material. When the digital input is OFF, the pump will not dispense
material.
Dispense Valve: When the digital output is ON, the dispense
valve is opened. When the digital output is OFF, the dispense valve
is closed.
System Ready to Dispense: When the digital output is ON, the
pump is ready to dispense. When the digital output is OFF, the
pump is not ready to dispense. The pump is able to dispense when
not ready, but it is not advised. Below are cases that the digital
output pin maybe off:
Pump is in an error state
Pump is pre-charging
Pump is dispensing
Pump is changing over
Pump is inactive
