Diagnostics

Press the
soft key at iQ Menu screen 1 to access
the Diagnostics screens. These screens display key
parameters that are useful in troubleshooting issues.
These Diagnostics screens are the same for Tandem
and Ram except Pump 2 will show in the Menu Bar. Use
the ADM's Directional Keypad (CH) to navigate to Pump
2.

Pump Diagnostics Screen

This screen shows the values of the pump parameters.
This is for informational purposes. No changes can be
made at this screen.
If the Motor Temperature value is too high, it will
generate an alarm and shut down the pump.
The IGBT Temperature is the temperature inside the
driver casing on the control board. If the value is too
high, it will generate an alarm and shut down the pump.
The Bus Voltage is the DC voltage of the driver bus.
The Motor Curren is the active current that is being used
by the driver.
The pump position is shown in inches.
The Pump Direction arrow indicates the direction that
the pump is moving. If the arrow is red, the pump is in a
changeover. If the arrow is green, the pump is not in a
changeover.

Heat Diagnostics Screen

Use the ADM's Directional Keypad (CH) to navigate to
the Heat Diagnostics Screen. This screen displays the
current heat state, temperature, current, and duty cycle
at which the zone is currently running, along with the
heat soak timer and line voltage coming into the AMZ.
This is for informational purposes. No changes can be
made at this screen.
The zone heat symbol on this screen corresponds to the
current type to which the zone is set.
