Product description, general

The Pumpfix / Ecolift control unit (hereinafter referred to as the control unit) is the control unit for a KESSEL
backwater pumping station with integrated pump and a backwater flap locked by a motor. The level sensor
switching signals for the wastewater level are processed electronically. Optical probes are used as level sensors.
A level sensor detects when the wastewater builds up in the sewer system up to the backwater pumping station
and triggers the motor drive of the backwater flap (close). The control unit's battery voltage takes care of this in
the event of a power outage.
If the wastewater from the sewer system on the house side builds up at the closed backwater flap of the
backwater pumping station, this is detected by a level sensor and pumping off is activated. When the level has
fallen again, pumping off is ended.
The wastewater pump can be switched on and off and the backwater flap opened and closed in manual mode.
