Required tools and materials:
710D4 Torque Wrench, socket adapter, 4G791 Spacer Plate,
501S41=M6x20 Countersunk Head Screws, degreasing cleaner (e.g.
636A58), 636K13 Loctite® 241
1) For definitive mounting, clean the screw connection area using a
degreasing cleaner.
2) Set the socket adapter with the intermediate pressure plate and the
spacer plate onto the sport foot adapter in the desired position (see
fig. 3).
3) Secure the screw connections with Loctite.
4) INFORMATION: During installation, first tighten the proximal and
then the distal countersunk head screws.
Mount the socket adapter on the sport foot adapter with the countersunk
head screws (mounting torque: 12 Nm).
5.2.2 Installing the Test Adapter on the Prosthetic Foot

Required tools and materials:
710D4 Torque Wrench
1) Slide the test adapter onto the prosthetic foot from the proximal direc­
tion, move it to the desired position and tighten the 4 set screws (see
fig. 4).
2) Tighten the 4 set screws to the required mounting torque value (15 Nm)
to secure the test adapter for the dynamic trial fitting (see fig. 9).
5.2.3 Installing the Definitive Adapter on the Prosthetic Foot
INFORMATION
The definitive adapter is only installed on the prosthetic foot when the
definitive prosthesis is being fabricated. In order to do so, the correct pros­
thetic foot has to be selected and the proper positioning of the prosthetic
components relative to each other must have been established.

Required tools and materials:
Saw with metal or diamond blade, carbide or diamond drill bit Ø 4 mm +
Ø 10 mm, degreasing cleaner (e.g. 636A58), 636K13 Loctite® 241,
710D4 Torque Wrench, vice, jaw pads
1) Mark the cutting edge according to the proximal edge of the test adapter
on the prosthetic foot with a pen (see fig. 10).
2) Drill the hole (Ø 4 mm) (see fig. 11).
3) Remove the test adapter from the prosthetic foot.
4) Clamp the prosthetic foot in a vice with jaw pads.
