 Visually inspect the mesh filter insert. Remove and clean the mesh filter insert if
there is any sign of blockage or contamination. Replace the mesh filter insert if
there is any sign of damage.
 With the mesh filter insert in place add approximately 50% of the required quantity
of clean water to the spray mix tank.
 Add the required quantity of chemical to the spray mix tank.
 Add the remainder of the required quantity of clean water to the main mix tank.
 Replace the filling and inspection cap and check it is secure.
 The pressure regulating valve should already be pre set to the required spray line
pressure refer to section 4.
 Switch on the pump and check that fluid is moving around the system.
 The Micron tank is now ready for use.
The indicated pressure on the gauge will drop when spraying adjust the pressure
regulating valve as required.
