CEC Enable/Disable
NOTE:
On the DTP2 output, CEC Communications only pass through when connected to a DTP2 or DTP standalone
receiver. CEC Commands do not pass through when connected to an IN1804, IN1808, or other similar switching/
distribution/matrix devices.

3 = CEC mode 2 enabled and device detected (unidirectional)
4 = CEC mode 4 enabled but no device detected (bidirectional)
5 = CEC mode 4 enabled and device detected (bidirectional)
