18. Configuring Users for Access Control
Configuring a user means entering the numeric codes of the user's keyfob/card and/or transmitter and
assigning the user an Access Level. Each user may also be set as a "super" user.
A. Adding a New User
To add a new user follow the steps below:
a. Select the "View/Edit Data Records" Menu. A list of submenus will be displayed
b. Select the "Suite/Directory" submenu. The Suite/Directory Data window will be displayed.
c. Select the suite the user resides in, from the "Suite ID – Display Name" field. All the users from that
suite will be displayed in the "User Information" table.
