NOTE: Curved instruments can be accurately calibrated, however, the
axis of these instruments remains uncalibrated. To calibrate curved instru-
ments or to gain information about the diameter of the instrument, use the
ICM4 or ICM 2.0 .
Make sure that the reference array position does not change during calibration
verification.
