Description This query returns the time value of the first point in the data record for the
channel given by the first parameter.
<N> An integer, 1-4.

Description This query returns the y-increment voltage for the channel given by the
first parameter. This voltage value is the voltage difference between two
adjacent waveform data digital codes.
