Symptom
The water overflows the
unit.
The humidity of the
equipment room is high or
condensate exist.
Issue 03 (2020-01-10)
Possible Cause
An electric heater is burnt
out.
The drainpipe is not
connected, or the drainpipe
lift is inappropriate.
The interconnection cable
terminal is faulty.
The water pump is faulty.
The water level detector is
faulty.
The water inlet pipe and
drainpipe leak.
The self-drainpipe is
blocked.
The total load of servers,
relative to a single smart
cooling product, is less than
5 kW.

6 System Operation and Maintenance
Solution
Disconnect the power
supply and check whether
the electric heater is
damaged by checking the
electric heater resistance
properties with an
ohmmeter.
Ensure that the drainpipe
correctly connect to the
pump, and ensure that the
lift of the drainpipe is
shorter than 4 m.
Check the circuit breaker
status and cable
connections.
Replace the water pump.
Check alarms displayed on
the LCD, cables to the high
and low water liquid level
detector, whether the water
liquid level detector are
damaged, and replace the
water liquid level detector if
necessary.
Check the water inlet pipe
and drainpipe and the
connectors. Rectify any
leakage and fasten the
connectors.
Check that no blocks and
frost in the self-drainpipe.
Make sure that the doors,
windows, floor, and
ceiling of the datacenter
room/container
environment are sealed
well.
If the outside
environment humidity is
too high, shut down the
fresh air system.
In modular datacenter,
open the modular doors
and ceilings, or open
some false panel on the
IT rack.
