Symptom
The compressor suction
pressure is too low.
Liquid returns to the
compressor.
The compressor generates
excessive noises (a normal
noise is generated when the
compressor shuts down)
An indoor fan fails to start.
The heating function is
unavailable.
Issue 03 (2020-01-10)
Possible Cause
The refrigerant is
insufficient.
The condensing pressure is
too low.
The indoor temperature is
too low.
The air filter is dirty or
blocked.
The coil of the electronic
expansion valve is faulty.
The external residual
pressure is too high, and air
flow decreases.
Liquid returns in a
compressor.
The refrigerant oil is
insufficient.
The transport sheet metal is
not removed from a
compressor.
The switch of the indoor fan
is not turned on.
An indoor fan is damaged.
The connection terminals
for the fans are not securely
connected.
The electric heater
temperature switch is
protected.
The electric heater circuit
breaker is off.

6 System Operation and Maintenance
Solution
Fill more refrigerant.
Check whether the outdoor
temperature is too low and
whether the outdoor fan is
under control.
Change the temperature
setting.
Replace the air filter.
Replace the electronic
expansion valve coil.
Check whether the air
channels are blocked.
Check whether the oil
temperature and discharge
temperature are within a
normal range. (Normal
range: 70° C to 100° C)
Add the refrigerant oil.
Remove the sheet metal.
Check the circuit breaker
status.
Replace the indoor fan.
Secure the connection
terminals.
Check the temperature
switch. If the electric
heater is protected due to
high temperature, it can
automatically recover
after the temperature
drops.
If the protection fuse has
blown, replace the
temperature switch.
Check the electric heater
circuit breaker status.
