Hand router and guide
Recommended method — use the correct metal router guide for your touchpanel. It is
reusable and should not be discarded when the installation is complete.
TLP Pro 525C: part number 70-694-01 (see www.extron.com).
TLP Pro 725C: part number 70-980-01 (see www.extron.com).
Follow the instructions provided in the Routing Template User Guide (see www.extron.com).

CNC wood router
Recommended method — if using a CNC router, enter the correct dimensions for the
touchpanel:

NOTE: The underlined dimension is the connector or AAP access side for the unit.
Reciprocating saw or jigsaw
Acceptable method — if using a reciprocating saw or jigsaw, make sure to use the appropriate
paper cutout template for your touchpanel. The template is available at www.extron.com.

Running Cables

Run a LAN/PoE cable, all cables necessary to support the AC connector, the cables stored in the
enclosure, and all planned AAP connectors. They should be run below the table and through the
hole that was cut in the previous step.

Leave enough slack to connect the cables before the enclosure is installed in the table.
