Remove elbow and fittings from solenoid stem assembly and attach them to the

Reattach the conduit to the new solenoid, threading the wires through the

Reattach the solenoid assembly to the fryer.

Reattach the conduit to the fryer and connect the wires to the fryer using

Replace rear side panels or rear panels and reconnect power to the fryer.

Fryers with serial numbers after NE1707001 will have selector valve for each vat
plumbed into the oil return lines.
