Each vat has a solenoid plumbed-into the oil return lines. They are normally closed,
but open when power is supplied, such as, the controls are filling the vats.

Follow the wires from the solenoid and through the conduit then loosen lever

Using an adjustable wrench, loosen the front and rear fittings to solenoid (1).

Remove the conduit (2) from the fryer and pull the solenoid assembly form the

Follow conduit wires to side panel and remove side panel.

Release conduit wires from lever nuts.
