Track Index Arms
Step 18a: Attach Top Beam Track Arms to Main Upright using:
Two
(1/2" x 3 ¾" Hex Bolts)
Two
(1/2" Lock Nuts)
(Wrench Tighten Bolts, Do Not Over Tighten, Assembly Should Move Freely.)
Step 18b: Attach Top Beam Plates to Top Beam Track Arms using:
Four
(3/8" x 3 ½" Hex Bolts)
Four
(3/8" Lock Nuts)
(Note: "INSPIRE" logo face outwards)
Step 19: Slide Coil Spring onto Top Beam Track Arm pin, align Track Index Arm pin onto
Coil Spring end, then Attach Track Index Arms to Top Beam Track Arms using:
Two
(3/8" x 3 ½" Hex Bolts)
Two
(3/8" Lock Nuts)
(Wrench Tighten Bolts, Do Not Over Tighten, Assembly Should Move Freely.)
Pin
2 – 3/8" x 3 ½" Hex Bolts
4 – 3/8" Flat Washers
2 – 3/8" Lock Nuts
2 – Coil Springs
(Note: Roller Wheels face inward)
(Wrench Tighten Bolts)
