When to do
Add the paper or the special material under the following conditions:
A message is displayed,indicating an empty paper tray.

There is not enough paper for a large job.
■
You need special material for your copy or print job.
■
Before you begin
Take the paper from the pack.
■
Remove the top sheet and the bottom sheet.
■
Grip the pack of paper, at the two short sides, and bend the paper.
■
Attention:
be contaminated with glue from the wrapping. Do not use the contaminated
sheets. If the glue enters the processing section, the drum will become dirty. If
the drum is dirty, you will require assistance from Océ Service.
The Key Operator can lock the paper-compartment door.
Note:
Checking the paper supply
Select the 'Copy' mode.

Activate the 'Paper' section.
Make sure that the 'Paper input' card is open.

The 'Source' function box shows the available sizes and the orientation of the
paper in the four paper trays.
The 'Stock' field shows the stack of paper in the trays.
