Diagram Of a DismanTLeD ( C.B. ) CHarLes BergOnZO nOZZLe (WiTHOUT Pin)
Nozzle rating data:
Flow rate kg/h
Spray angle (30° - 45° - 60° - 80°)
Output ratio (1/3 = B3 - 1/5 = B5)
Fuel outlet hole
For the nozzle to operate properly, its "return" section must never be completely closed. This condition must be implemented
properly when igniting the burner for the first time. In practice when the nozzle is operating at the maximum desired output, the
difference between "delivery" to nozzle (pump pressure) and "return" from nozzle (pressure at the return pressure regulator)
pressure must be at least 2 ÷ 3 bar.
