The working fields are obtained from test boilers corresponding to the standard EN676 and are indicative of the combination burner-
boiler. To ensure correct burner operation, the dimensions of the combustion chamber must comply with current regulations; if this is
not the case, consult the manufacturers.

• Ventilating part in light aluminium alloy.
• Centrifugal fan for high performances.
• Comburent air intake with air flow control device.
• Mounting flange to the sliding generator, to adapt the
protuberance of the head to various types of heating generators.
• Adjustable blast-pipe with stainless steel nozzle and deflector
disk in steel.
• A three-phase electric motor to run fan and another to run
the pump.
• Air pressure switch to ensure the comburent air presence.
• Electric servomotor with mechanical cam for simultaneous
regulation of fuel and combustion air.
• Gas train complete with adjustment, operating, safety and pilot
valves, valve seal control, minimum and maximum pressure
switch, pressure regulator, and gas filter.
• Gear pump with pressure controller.
• Atomizer unit with magnet to control the nozzle delivery/
return pins.
• Electrical fuel preheater including antigas valve, filter,
thermometer, regulation, minimum and safety thermostats.
• Automatic command equipment and burner control according
to European regulation EN298.

• Flame presence control with UV photocell.
• Control panel including on/off switch, automatic/manual
operation selector and minimum/maximum selector, fuel switch,
indicator lights for operation, shutdown, turning on preheater
elements and amount of fuel used.
• Terminal board for burner electric and thermostatic supply, and
to control the operation second stage or connect the power
electronic regulator.
• Electrical system with IP40 protection rating.
VersiOns On reqUesT
• Burner may be integrated with a steam-operated supplementary
fuel oil preheater which allows fuel oil to be heated with steam
from the boiler during regular operation, saving electricity.
