TX RIO board
There are up to 10 TX RIO boards in each Transmitter Unit. The transducer cables
connect to the TX RIO boards.
The number of TX RIO boards depends on the configuration of the EM 712 system.
• 0.25° TX array: 20 (2x10)
• 0.5° TX array: 10
• 1° TX array: 5
• 2° TX array: 3
RIO-P board
There is one RIO-P board in each Transmitter Unit. The signals for remote on/off control
and synchronization is connected to the RIO-P board.
In addition there are two Ethernet connectors and connection for power at the bottom
of the Transmitter Unit.
