Ordering spare parts

To make the order process as short and efficient as possible, you must provide accurate
information about the product, the part you need, and yourself.
The following information must be provided with your order:
• Part name and/or description
• Our part number
• Number of items required
• Your shipment address
• Preferred shipment method
• Required date of delivery from us
For certain spare parts (typically complete units, printed circuit boards and software) the
vessel name is also useful, as this allows us to update our vessel database.
