Voltage matching with variable command pulse off intervals
When the setting Voltage match mode is set to "Variable Interval", the voltage
matching is done with variable command pulse off intervals.
The voltage match command pulses are now the same length, but the intervals are
inversely proportional to the voltage difference.
Pulse length (tpU): adjustable with the setting Volt pulse Min Dur (tpUmin)
Pulse off interval (tsU): adjustable with the setting Volt pulse off Intv, and also
dependent on settings Voltage Diff Ov Ex and Voltage Diff Un Ex as per
326.
