4.2.2 Service cases – Detailed view
Description of functions
A service case can be accessed by either opening one from the overview list of
existing service cases, or creating a new one in the service cases menu in the
organizational tasks.
It is not necessary for a machine to be selected for the purpose of opening an
existing service case. In order to create a new service case, ePS Network Services
asks the user to select a machine, and automatically opens the machine selection
list for this purpose.

Content
The service cases to be displayed can be
limited to within a freely definable time
window. For this purpose, the time frame is
limited by entering dates (inclusive) between
which service cases should be displayed. In
addition, other filters will take effect.
