Please follow the steps in order as presented below.
Duplication of the error
For your safety and to prevent damage to the machine, once the SC occurs start to troubleshoot the
problem immediately with the power supply check below (do not attempt to duplicate the error).

Power supply voltage level
1. Do SP1913-002 and check the displayed value to determine if it deviates from the voltage rated
for the machine.
2. If the voltage is lower than rated voltage, investigate the power supply at the client work site.
3. If the power supply is not higher than the rated voltage > Got to
Center NC sensor position
1. Make sure that the center NC sensor [1] is installed correctly, and that the area around the sensor
is free of paper dust and other material.
