Fusing temperature warm-up error 1: Center thermistor
The center NC sensor (thermistor) above the hot roller determined that the
hot roller failed to reach the warm-up temperature within the prescribed
time.
• Fusing lamp disconnected
• Center thermistor out of position
• Pull the fusing unit out of the machine.
• Inspect the fusing lamp connections at front and rear.
• Inspect center NC sensor and confirm that it is installed correctly,.

The center NC sensor (thermistor) above the hot roller determined that the
hot roller failed to reach the 100°C within the prescribed time.
• Fusing lamp disconnected
• Center thermistor out of position
• Pull the fusing unit out of the machine.
• Inspect the fusing lamp connections at front and rear.
• Inspect center NC sensor and confirm that it is installed correctly.
