Two stages of each positive-sequence undervoltage PSPTUV and negative-sequence
overvoltage NSPTOV protection functions are also provided. A failure in the voltage
measuring circuit is detected by the fuse failure function. The fuse failure activation
is connected to block undervoltage protection functions and voltage based unbalance
protection functions to avoid faulty tripping. In addition, undervoltage protection is
also blocked when a generator circuit breaker is in open position.
