Two negative-sequence overcurrent stages NSPTOC1 and NSPTOC2 are provided
for phase unbalance protection. These functions are used to protect the feeder against
phase unbalance.

Three-phase thermal protection for feeders, cables and distribution transformers
T1PTTR1 detects overloads under varying load conditions. The BLK_CLOSE output
of the function is used to block the closing operation of the circuit breaker.

Thermal overcurrent protection function
Circuit breaker failure protection CCBRBRF1 is initiated via the START input by a
number of different protection functions available in the relay. The breaker failure
protection function offers different operating modes associated with the circuit
breaker position and the measured phase and residual currents.
