The output BLK2H of three-phase inrush detector INRPHAR1 either blocks the
function or multiplies the active settings for any of the available overcurrent or earth-
fault function blocks. In the configuration, INRPHAR1 blocks the high and
instantaneous stage of non-directional overcurrent protection.

Two negative-sequence overcurrent protection stages MNSPTOC1 and MNSPTOC2
are provided for phase unbalance protection. These functions are used to protect
against unbalance conditions due to unbalance load or unsymmetrical faults.
