The value is read in bit devices (with
consecutive device numbers) in 1-bit units.
● The value is read in bit devices (with
consecutive device numbers) in 16-bit units.
● The value is read in word devices (with
consecutive device numbers) in 1-word units.
The value is written to bit devices (with
consecutive device numbers) in 1-bit units.
● The value is written to bit devices (with
consecutive device numbers) in 16-bit units.
● The value is written to word devices (with
consecutive device numbers) in 1-word units.
The value is read in the devices with the
specified numbers. The devices with
non-consecutive numbers can be specified.
The value is read from the word devices in
1-word or 2-word units.
The value is written to the bit devices with the
specified device numbers (each set of 1 bits
has a device number). The devices with
non-consecutive numbers can be specified.
● The value is written to the bit devices with the
specified device numbers (each set of 16 bits
has a device number). The devices with
non-consecutive numbers can be specified.
● The value is written to the word devices with
the specified device numbers (each word or
each set of two words has a device number).
The devices with non-consecutive numbers
can be specified.
Performs a test to determine whether
communication with external devices is normal.
