Description
The normally closed (NC) relay supplies +12 Vdc during the "on" state.
The NC relay supplies ground during the "on" state.
The NC relay is open during the "off" state, a condition similar to an open
electromechanical relay.
The NC relay alternates from its former polarity to the other each time it
is in the "off" state.
