FB relative
The bit that is the number of bits
bit,base:8[FB]
indicated by bit away from bit 0 at the
address indicated by the frame base
register (FB) plus the value indicated by
base (added including the sign bit) is the
object of the operation.
However, if the address of the bit that is

by bit, base:8 extends 16 bytes toward
lower addresses or 15 bytes toward
higher addresses from the frame base
register (FB) value.
