Assembly of the continuous side guard rails
Push one end piece completely on the head side and screw tight. Push the second end
piece only up to directly in front of the bore hole.
Then hook the side rails into the pre-assembled metal guides and arrange them. Abso-
lutely MAKE SURE to read the labels attached on the top and bottom of the side rails so
these may not be mixed up with each other.
Assembly of the telescopic split side guard rails
With this side guard rail variant, both end pieces may not be fully assembled. Both end
pieces should only be fitted loosely and not screwed together.
Take the side panel and screw it into the fixing holes on all sides of the lying surface frame.
Attach the U-profile of the telescopic centre posts to the frame of the lying surface. The
holes of the U-profile and the lying surface frame must lie on top of each other. Insert the
supplied screws from above into the drill hole and screw tightly.
Take the side guard rails and hook them into the pre-assembled metal guides on each side
and arrange them. Please pay attention to the markings on the top and bottom of the side
guard rails.
