4. Select the Reset Calculated Exposure button to return to the imager calculated
exposure time.
Note The Invert button is a useful tool for viewing faint gel bands. This tool inverts
the standard black background with white highlights to a white background with
black highlights. The inverted image can be switched back to the standard image by
again selecting the Invert button.
Note The Display Saturation button is automatically selected in Interactive Chemi to
highlight the image pixels that are considered saturated (a red false-color is
superimposed on the pixels deemed to be saturated). Adjustment to the saturation
can be done by adjusting the exposure time with the slider bar or Time Display/Input
button. Select the Display Saturation button to turn off the false-color imaging.
5. (Optional) Select the point of interest on the image to display the estimated pixel
intensity of the corresponding pixel coordinates. The displayed pixel intensity
(estimated) is updated when the exposure time is further adjusted.
6. Select the Acquire button to capture an image with the indicated exposure time.
7. Select the Cancel button to return to Chemi mode.
