With the ECL Imager, the orange filter is optimal for Hoechst Blue imaging.

Coomassie Blue and Thermo Scientific Imperial Stains do not require the orange filter;
however, these stains require the white light conversion screen. UV and Vis modes use the
orange filter in Position 2 by default.
