Flash Off Time

This feature specifies the OFF time for the indicator LED while in Flash Mode.
The selectable range is 100 to 9,900 milliseconds (0.1 to 9.9 seconds), in 100
millisecond increments.
Follow these instructions to set this feature.
1. Determine the desired setting in milliseconds.
2. Divide the desired setting by 100 (setting is in 100ms increments). Pad the
