Remove the screws [1], battery upper cover [2] and
lower cover [3] from the battery [4].
Remove the battery setting plates [5].
Installation is the reverse order of removal.
Be careful not to damage the tabs.
TORQUE:
BATTERY CASE SCREW: 0.4 N·m
BATTERY INSPECTION

BATTERY VOLTAGE INSPECTION

Remove the battery (page 10-7).
Measure the voltage between the battery 4P connector
No.2 terminal and No.3 terminal.
Battery 4P connector
If the battery voltage is low, charge the lawnmower at

docking station.

THERMISTOR RESISTANCE
INSPECTION
Measure the resistance between the battery 4P
connector No.1 terminal and No.3 terminal.
Battery 4P connector
If measured resistance is not in above table, replace the
battery.
To prevent short, make absolutely certain which
are the positive and negative terminals or cable.
